14/10/19 - 20/10/19
Monday 14th October
I have been allocated 20% of my working hours each week which is 6:24. My apprentice learning day has been chosen as each Monday, where I will spend my hours working on my apprenticeship.
Today I have spent some time completing some maths and English assessments on the online portals and shown some improvement.
I have started to gather evidence from a claim I have been given with a change of circumstance on.
I have also started the elearning course on the Open University - Introduction to Cyber Safety. I am going to try to do an hour or two each week to get through the 24 hours of study time required.
For the rest of my working week Wednesday to Friday, I have processed atlas in relation to Universal Credit, which involved changes of income or creating new claims for Council Tax Reduction. I also processed atlas in relation to other DWP benefits.
I have taken calls from customers with queries regarding their benefit claims and processed changes of circumstances.

Sounds like an interesting week where you potentially cover a few sub codes on skilsure. Keep the evidence guidance to hand and you will find you will have examples to submit regularly. Well done
